We take all party bookings through our website below. For each of the party packages, we will require a deposit on booking. Final numbers will be due one week prior to your party via email, with payment for the balance of the cost of your booking, coffee tab any last-minute additional children due on the day of your party.

If you wish to cancel your party, we will need notice by close of business on the Tuesday before the party if you wish to receive any refund. If cancelled prior to this time we will refund you in full, minus an administration fee of $30. If cancelled after this time we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund. A late fee of $30 will be charged if the room has not been vacated 15 minutes after the end of your party package ends. This will ensure we have sufficient preparation time for the next party.

COVID UPDATE: NSW Health Orders for Cafe Playcentre require that entry is permitted by using Services NSW Venue Check-In QR registration with confirmed Covid-19 Vaccination certificate. This must be shown to Falls Cafe and Play staff to obtain entry for all adults. Additionally, due to physical distancing requirements our party room has a maximum capacity of 20 people at 4 square meters and 40 people 2 square meters (adults and children).
