Do all children need to wear socks?

Yes, any child or parent using the equipment must wear socks.

When can I arrive to set up the party?

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your booking to set up your party room.

When do I have to be out of the party room by?
Due to our tight turn around between parties, we do our best to assist you and your guests to be leaving the party room as close to the end of your party package time as possible. However, if this time exceeds 15 minutes a $30 late fee will be applied to your final balance. Our team will give you plenty of heads up so we won’t run into this problem! 

What age do we pay for the children to enter?

We charge admission for all children over 12 months.

Do parents have to pay to enter?

We do not charge admission for adults.

​Do you offer catering for adults?

Unfortunately we do not offer additional catering at this moment. We will have cabinet food options and drink options available on the day for purchase.

My child has dietary requirements, what do I do?

We are unable to cater for gluten free/dairy free requirements at this time.  As an alternative however, you are welcome to bring additional food for your child if you wish.

Can we stay and play after the party?

Yes! We offer unlimited post-party play for guests at our parties until we close at 2pm.

Can I bring in a children’s entertainer?
Yes you can! They will be required to have a valid NSW working with Children Check emailed in advance to our Party Co-ordinator. 

Is there an option to heat up our food?

Due to food health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer food heating facilities.

What is the maximum amount of children that one room can hold?

We can comfortably host 25 children in our party rooms.  Please let us know if you plan to have more children than that attend your party and we’ll do our best to accomodate you!
